1) Timing

The Problem
We have all heard the horror stories of workmen that arrive on site, take everything apart and then leave to do a job elsewhere - not to be seen for days, weeks or even months on end...

 Our Promise to You
With Gardencare, once there is an agreement to work together, and the process of transforming your gardens has started, we promise not to desert you in mid-job as the workers that have been assigned to you will be with you until completion. Weather and illness can, of course affect timings adversely although we will endeavor to finish all work within the estimated time.

2) Construction

The Problem
All too often patio's, paths and driveways are made in a hurried and poor manner, with slabs sinking, bricks shifting and cracks apprearing at the first sign of bad weather.

Our Promise to You
We follow the guidlines laid out as part of the Marshalls Register so there are minimum standards to adhere to. We always go beyond these standards to ensure that all construction is built to last beyond expectations. If, within the first 2 years following completion, should you have the need to question the quality of our construction work we will visit you within 1 week, and assuming there is fault with the construction we will return within 30 days to make good at no additional cost to you.

3) Plants and Planting

The Problem
It is easy to find cheap plants that may or may not survive a new planting - you get what you pay for!

Our Promise to You
As well as having our own nursery, we have scoured nurseries across the country so we are completely satisfied that the plants we use are of the highest quality. Should, after proper handling and care, the plants used be considered less than satisfactory within 6 months of planting - we will return and completely refresh the planting in question.
